The Devonshire Hotel Johannesburg

Friendliness from the whole staff. The rooms with a king size bed. Very central location, within walking distance of a cable-stayed bridge.

Convenient room, unbelievable location and gentle personnel.

The staff were funny ; we had a convenient check-in. The room was unique, it was individual. There was lots of food, in general it was lovely! Beautiful location, close to co-op studio.

Got pretty small bed, and views were ugly.

optimal location, airy room, marble bathroom, very friendly folks. quick breakfast, excellent service. unforgettable view, a big balcony, neat bed, too. smooth check in and fast check out.

the room was authentic, and we loved its touristic location. cool view of pool. after a long drive from johannesburg, particularly pleasant staff was waiting for us.

Great place to stay for a trip to Johannesburg. Staff was PLEASANT, pool area was excellent, and breakfast was hot. Ideal, prime location. The rooms were recently refurbished, they were huge. Though the bed was a bit hard, it was pleasant stay.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Free breakfasts plus very approachable staff - very delightful stay. The bed was quiet and it was great having terrace, coffee and hairdryer. Easy location a 10-15 minute walk from a stunning museum.

There was a kitchen, that's a plus.

Galata Bakery, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. I greatly enjoyed the location. Good choice for a city break in Johannesburg:)))

Here we were not far from few of our favorite spots such as johannesburg zoo. Location, short way from all attractions.
